6 group yoga classes

2 evening group meditations
Evening meditation provides a space to quiet the mind and reflect on the day. These group sessions encourage a slower pace and a deeper connection with the inner self, promoting mental clarity and relaxation before rest.
1 group hike
During the hike, explore the picturesque Hertenstein peninsula, with stunning views of the lake and majestic mountains, passing traditional Swiss farmhouses along the way. Hiking not only enhances cardiovascular health and strengthens muscles, but also promotes mental well-being by reducing stress and improving mood.
